Donata Anderloni, an accomplished business women with 25 years of experience in setting start-up companies, 2 in UAE and 3 in Italy, founded My HR Boutique in 2020 with the vision of empowering small businesses by becoming their HR service partner. She is a dedicated and driven entrepreneur who has enabled many new businesses to transform through her executive coaching and business consultancy.

Her multi-faceted personality backed with her academic credentials of executive global MBA, a degree in law and GPHR certification has made her a lifelong learner. Her passion to share her learning and use it to enable small businesses to grow led to the creation of My HR Boutique. My HR Boutique has opened its doors to the UAE market with plans of catering the global market soon.
